MELBOURNE, Jan 18 AAP - A long-running feud between two pensioners spilled over into
a Melbourne court today with one of the men accused of hitting the other over the head
with a shovel.

Sixty-four-year-old Roland Lyons, of Elizabeth Street, Braybrook, is facing charges
of assault, causing injury and breaching an intervention order after a dispute with 60-year-old
Emmanuel Cugliari turned ugly.
