Fed: One Nation's wheels won't fall off - state MP

BRISBANE, Jan 14 AAP - The wheels would not fall off the One Nation machine withoutPauline Hanson, one of Queensland's three One Nation MPs said today.

In a shock announcement on Melbourne radio this morning, Ms Hanson revealed she wasquitting as president of the party she founded.

She later announced she was also removing her name from the party's title.

The former Oxley MP said she was tired and needed a break from politics in the leadupto her committal hearing in April on fraud charges arising from the registration of OneNation in Queensland.
